Annual Normalized Prices for Water Resource Projects

This web site contains an archive of Historic Normalized Prices and Discount Rates used For Water Resource Projects, and related documents.

The Normalized Prices are calculated by the Economic Research Service, USDA. Their latest ERS location is at Economic Research Service (ERS).
Historic Water Resource Discount rates are available, along with other Historic Prices, Indexes and Discount Rates.
